A crispy, flatbread pizza 🍕
This pizza is sooo good and ready in 12 minutes (only $2.85 a person!)

Hey!
I think pizza is always better on a flatbread. Once you try this one with this special naan bread you’ll never go back, so be warned.

Total | $2.85 |
Method
Preheat. Set oven to 450°F and place a baking sheet inside to heat up.
Mix garlic oil. Combine olive oil with minced garlic in a small bowl.
Prep flatbreads. Brush each naan with garlic oil on one side.
Add sauce. Spread 2 tablespoons pizza sauce on each naan, leaving a small border.
Top with cheese. Tear mozzarella into chunks and distribute over sauce.
Bake. Slide pizzas onto hot baking sheet, bake 8-10 minutes until edges are crispy.
Finish. Remove from oven, tear fresh basil over top, season with salt and pepper.
Tips
The secret: Using naan instead of regular pizza dough gives you that perfect chewy, crispy texture without any kneading or rising time. The garlic oil mimics that wood-fired flavor.
Cheese placement: Tear the mozzarella instead of slicing for better melting and those beatuf cheese pulls.
Extra crispy: For an even crispier bottom, place the pizzas directly on the oven rack for the last 2 minutes.
